Catherine Farrell

Catherine 'Cathy' Farrell has been a licensed Realtor in New Jersey for more than 30 years. Cathy is highly regarded in the real estate brokerage community for her management and training skills. As the Manager of Agent Training and Development for Ward Wight Sotheby's International Realty since January, 2011, Cathy is responsible for the training and professional growth of the agents in the Asbury Park, Belmar, Manasquan, Sea Girt & Spring Lake offices.

Prior to joining Ward Wight Sotheby's International Realty, Cathy was associated with a National Real Estate company since 1998. Joining that company, first as a Sales Associate, she later became a Broker-Sales Associate and was promoted to Assistant Manager and then Co-Manager of the company's Spring Lake and Wall offices. Cathy oversaw the activities of more than 80 sales associates.

Born and raised in New York City. Cathy earned a B.S. degree in Finance from Manhattan College and worked in the banking industry prior to entering the world of real estate. Cathy is actively involved in her community, volunteering and fund raising for a number of different organizations. Cathy recently served on the Board of Directors of Coastal Habitat for Humanity. She lives in Wall Township with her husband Patrick and their two children, Katie and Patrick. Cathy and her family are thrilled to be living at the Shore.
